Reservation Basics
When is my reservation confirmed?
A reservation is not confirmed until the reservation process is completed, payment is verified, and you receive a Toledo Truck Hub confirmation email.
How do I reserve a short-term parking space?
Use the parking map to select your start and end time, view available spaces, choose a space, review the total due, and continue through the reservation process.
What if I need monthly or fleet parking?
Monthly parking, recurring parking, fleet parking, contractor storage, and custom yard arrangements should be submitted through the long-term request form.
Can I change my information after submitting?
If you notice an issue before payment, use the option to cancel and make changes. If you already completed payment or received confirmation, contact us for help.
Important Email Notice
Please enter your email address carefully when making a reservation. Confirmation messages, gate access instructions, extension links, and important updates are sent by email.
If you do not see an expected email from noreply@toledotruckhub.com, check your junk or spam folder.

Gate Access
When do I receive the gate code?
Gate access instructions are normally sent close to the start of your reservation. This helps ensure customers receive the current gate code instead of an outdated code.
What if I book last minute?
If your reservation starts soon, gate access may be sent shortly after your reservation is confirmed.
What if the gate code changes?
If a gate code changes while your reservation is active, Toledo Truck Hub may email active reservation customers with the updated code.
Can I share the gate code?
No. Gate codes are for confirmed customers only. Do not share access codes with unauthorized drivers, companies, or third parties.
Payments & Total Due
- Total due is based on the selected space, requested time range, applicable rate, and tax.
- Partial days may be rounded up to the next full billable day.
- Weekly and monthly pricing may apply depending on the length of the reservation and available rates.
- Reservations are not final until payment is verified and confirmation is sent.
- Long-term, fleet, and custom storage requests may require manual review and custom pricing.
Extensions
- Confirmed reservations may include an extension link in the confirmation email.
- Extensions are based on space availability.
- If another reservation is scheduled after yours, your extension may not be available.
- Extension totals are calculated based on the added time requested.
- An extension is not finalized until payment and approval are complete.
Parking & Storage Rules
Use Your Assigned Space
Park only in your confirmed or assigned space. Do not block drive lanes, other vehicles, gates, doors, equipment, or neighboring spaces.
No Unauthorized Storage
Only approved vehicles, trailers, equipment, or materials may be parked or stored. Unapproved items may be removed at the owner’s expense.
Keep the Lot Clean
Customers are responsible for keeping their space clean. Do not leave trash, tires, parts, pallets, fluids, debris, or abandoned materials on the property.
No Leaking Vehicles
Vehicles or equipment leaking fuel, oil, coolant, or other fluids may be denied access or required to leave until repaired.
No Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles, trailers, or equipment left beyond the approved reservation or storage period without communication may be considered abandoned and subject to removal.
Commercial Use Only
The property is intended for commercial vehicle parking, trailer parking, outdoor storage, fleet needs, and approved business use.
Close & Relock the Gate
If the gate is closed when you arrive or leave, close it and relock it after passing through. Do not leave the gate open or unsecured for other vehicles, drivers, or visitors.
Rule Violations & Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for rule violations, cleanup, unauthorized storage, blocked access, abandoned items, damage, unpaid time, or any use of the property outside the approved reservation or storage agreement.
Long-Term, Fleet & Custom Storage
Monthly parking, recurring parking, fleet storage, contractor equipment, office + yard use, and custom storage arrangements are reviewed separately.
These requests may require approval, documentation, custom pricing, and specific terms based on the type of use.
