Storage Rules Summary
Approved Items Only
Stored vehicles, trailers, equipment, or materials must be approved by Toledo Truck Hub before being placed on the property.
Assigned Areas Only
Use only your assigned space or approved storage area. Do not block drive lanes, gates, other customers, buildings, doors, or equipment.
Keep the Area Clean
No dumping, trash, tires, batteries, oil, fuel, debris, pallets, hazardous materials, or abandoned items are allowed.
No Leaking Equipment
Vehicles or equipment leaking oil, fuel, coolant, or other fluids may be denied access or required to leave until repaired.
No Unauthorized Work
Unauthorized repairs, fluid draining, parts removal, dismantling, or maintenance work are not allowed unless approved.
Additional Fees May Apply
Rule violations, cleanup, blocked access, unauthorized storage, abandoned items, damage, or unpaid time may result in additional fees.
